Analysis of clinical effects of psychological nursing for elderly patients in otolaryngology
高龄耳鼻喉科患者心理护理临床效果分析

摘要

目的 对高龄耳鼻喉科患者心理护理的临床应用价值进行研究。方法 本次实验对象为高龄耳鼻喉科患者，实验开展时间为2017年10月-2020年1月，共计90例患者参与本次实验。对所选高龄耳鼻喉科患者进行编号分组，对照组患者均为奇数编号，实验组患者均为偶数编号。通过一般护理手段护理对照组患者，通过一般护理手段联合心理护理手段护理实验组患者，分析和对比两组患者护理满意度评分、焦虑及抑郁评分。结果 展开分析本次实验，实验组患者护理满意度评分上升幅度相比对照组患者较大，分别为（97.1±2.9）分及（90.1±3.2）分，两组数据差异凸显，（p＜0.05）；系统分析本次实验，实验组患者焦虑评分及抑郁评分下降幅度相比对照组患者较大，分别为[（37.1±10.8）分及（38.7±11.6）分]及[（44.7±12.4）分及（49.5±13.1）分]，两组数据差异凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 在高龄耳鼻喉科患者护理中心理护理有着较高的应用价值，其在提高患者护理满意度评分、降低患者焦虑及抑郁评分方面作用较为突出。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical application value of psychological nursing for elderly patients in ENT.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment are elderly patients with otolaryngology. The experiment was carried out from October 2017 to January 2020. A total of 90 patients participated in this experiment. The selected elderly otolaryngology patients were numbered and grouped. The patients in the control group were all odd numbers, and the patients in the experimental group were all even numbers. The patients in the control group were treated by general nursing methods, and the patients in the experimental group were treated by general nursing methods combined with psychological nursing methods. The nursing satisfaction scores, anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result: In this experiment, the increase in nursing satisfaction scores of the experimental group patients was larger than that of the control group, which were (97.1±2.9) points and (90.1±3.2) points. The data difference between the two groups was significant, (p< 0.05); In this experiment, a systematic analysis showed that the anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group decreased significantly compared with the control group, which were [(37.1±10.8) points and (38.7±11.6) points] and [(44.7±12.4) Points and (49.5±13.1) points], the data difference between the two groups is prominent, (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : Psychological nursing has a high application value in the nursing of elderly patients in otolaryngology, and it plays a prominent role in improving patient care satisfaction scores and reducing patient anxiety and depression scores.
