目的 探究通腑化瘀清胰汤联合芒硝外敷序贯对急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 回顾性抽取我院2019年7月～2020年6月收治的79例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究主体，结合不同疗法将其分为40例观察组与39例对照组。给予对照组单纯西医治疗，而观察组则在此基础上实施通腑化瘀清胰汤联合芒硝外敷序贯治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 实施相应治疗措施前，两组患者的临床疗效比较差异并无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实施相应治疗措施后，两组患者的临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 研究表明，通腑化瘀清胰汤联合芒硝外敷序贯治疗更有助于急性胰腺炎患者的临床治疗，有效提升急性胰腺炎的治愈效率，同时缩短了患者的住院时间，加快了患者的病情康复速度，因此值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Tongfu Huayu Qingyi Decoction combined with thenardite external application on acute pancreatitis. Methods: Retrospectively selected 79 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted from July 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital as the main body of study, combined with different therapies and divided them into 40 observation groups and 39 control groups. The control group was given simple Western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given sequential treatment of Tongfu Huayu Qingyi Decoction combined with Glauber's salt external application to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results: Before implementing the corresponding treatment measures, the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant (P>0.05); after implementing the corresponding treatment measures, the difference in clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion : Research shows that sequential treatment of Tongfu Huayu Qingyi Decoction combined with Glauber's salt external application is more helpful to the clinical treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis, and effectively improves the cure efficiency of acute pancreatitis, while shortening the patient's hospital stay and speeding up the patient The speed of recovery of the patient's condition is therefore worthy of clinical promotion.
