持续质量改进在急诊科护理带教中的应用

摘要

目的 研究持续质量改进在急诊科护理带教中的效果。方法 本次研究开始时间为2019年3月,结束时间为2019年11月,需要选取68名在我院急诊科进行实习的学生为研究对象,均自愿参与研究,符合本次研究标准。采用等分制研究,对照组(n=34例)急诊科实习生运用常规带教方式,观察组(n=34例)急诊科实习生采用持续质量改进带教方式,研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作,重点记录实习生理论知识、实践操作、综合能力评分以及带教满意度。结果 对观察组急诊科实习生运用持续质量改进带教法后理论知识评分96.12±3.21分、实践操作94.36±2.69分、综合能力92.36±4.25分;而对照组急诊科实习生采用常规带教方式理论知识评分84.42±2.41分、实践操作82.36±2.41分、综合能力83.47±3.47分,观察组实习生评分高于对照组,两组研究数据差异度高(P<0.05)。结论 对急诊科护理带教运用持续质量改建方式可以有效提升学生综合能力、学习质量,促进带教满意度的提高。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing education in emergency department.
Methods: The study started in March 2019 and ended in November 2019. 68 students who were internships in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects. All of them voluntarily participated in the research and met the research criteria. Using the equal division system, the control group (n=34 cases) emergency department interns used conventional teaching methods, and the observation group (n=34 cases) emergency department interns used continuous quality improvement teaching methods. Nursing staff were required during the study period. Keep a good record of the work, focusing on recording the theoretical knowledge, practical operations, comprehensive ability scores and teacher satisfaction of the interns.
Results: After applying the continuous quality improvement teaching method to the emergency department interns in the observation group, their theoretical knowledge score was 96.12±3.21 points, practical operation 94.36±2.69 points, and comprehensive ability 92.36±4.25 points; while the emergency department interns in the control group used conventional teaching The method and theoretical knowledge score was 84.42±2.41 points, practical operation was 82.36±2.41 points, and comprehensive ability was 83.47±3.47 points. The scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and there was a high degree of difference between the two groups of research data (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The continuous quality improvement method for emergency department nursing teaching can effectively improve students' comprehensive ability and learning quality, and promote the improvement of teaching satisfaction.
