目的 对妇产科护理管理中安全文化理念的应用价值进行分析。方法 本次实验时间控制在2017年4月-2020年7月，实验对象为妇产科患者，共计140例患者参与其中。对所选140例患者进行编号分组，对照组患者均为奇数编号，实验组患者均为偶数编号。通过常规护理管理模式开展对照组患者护理工作，依据以安全文化理念为基础的安全护理管理模式开展实验组患者护理工作，对两组患者护理满意情况、护理风险事件出现情况进行分析和对比。结果 对本次实验进行系统的分析，实验组患者护理满意度有着较大幅度的提升，两组患者数据之间差异凸显，（p＜0.05）；展开分析本次实验，实验组患者护理风险事件出现概率有着较大幅度的下降，两组患者相关数据之间差异凸显，（p＜0.05）。结论 在妇产科护理管理中安全文化理念有着较高的应用价值，其在提高患者护理满意度、降低护理风险事件出现概率方面作用较为突出。
Objective: To analyze the application value of safety culture concept in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: The time of this experiment is controlled from April 2017 to July 2020. The experimental subjects are obstetrics and gynecology patients, and a total of 140 patients participated. The selected 140 patients were numbered and grouped. The control group patients were all odd numbers, and the experimental group patients were even numbers. Carry out the nursing work of patients in the control group through the conventional nursing management model, and carry out the nursing work of patients in the experimental group according to the safety nursing management model based on the concept of safety culture. The two groups of patients' nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of nursing risk events are analyzed and compared. Results: A systematic analysis of this experiment showed that the care satisfaction of patients in the experimental group has been greatly improved, and the differences between the two groups of patients' data are prominent, (p<0.05); the analysis of this experiment is carried out, and the care risks of the patients in the experimental group The probability of occurrence of the event has dropped significantly, and the difference between the two groups of patients' relevant data is prominent (p<0.05). Conclusion : The concept of safety culture has high application value in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology, and it plays a prominent role in improving patient care satisfaction and reducing the probability of nursing risk events.
