摘要

目的 探究围术期护理在脊椎侧弯矫形术患者临床中的实际应用价值。方法 抽取2019年1月-9月收治的88例脊柱侧弯矫形术患者，均分两组。研究组行围术期护理，参照组行基础性护理，比较两组患者的满意度及生活质量评分。结果 研究组的满意度及生活质量评分明显优于参照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 研究表明，围术期护理在脊柱侧弯矫形术患者临床上的应用价值更高，在确保患者各项生命指标稳定恢复的同时也提高了患者的自理能力，大幅度提升患者及其家属的生活质量，并且为患者节省了大量的资金消耗，因此值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the practical application value of perioperative nursing in patients with scoliosis correction surgery.
Methods: A sample of 88 patients undergoing scoliosis surgery from January to September 2019 were divided into two groups. The study group performed perioperative care and the reference group performed basic care. The satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.
Results: The satisfaction and quality of life scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the reference group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Studies have shown that perioperative care has a higher clinical application value in patients undergoing scoliosis orthopedics. It not only ensures the stable recovery of various vital indicators of the patient, but also improves the patient's self-care ability and greatly improves the patient and their families The quality of life and save a lot of money for patients, so it is worth clinical promotion.
