摘要

目的 分析在消化内科护理中实施风险管理措施对降低护理风险的有效性。方法 选取时间段为2019年6月至2020年6月期间,因消化系统疾病于我院消化内科住院接受治疗的患者共计110例,将其作为本次实验的研究对象,并根据护理措施的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组患者各55例。对照组患者采用常规的消化内科护理措施,观察组患者则是在常规护理的基础上添加风险管理措施,对比不同护理措施下两组患者的不良事件发生率和临床护理质量。结果 对比两组患者的不良事件发生率,观察组为3.63%,对照组为14.54%,观察组明显优于对照组,组间数据差异显著,(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。此外,对比两组的临床护理质量,观察组病房管理、健康宣教、文书书写、护理操作、基础护理等评分均明显高于对照组,组间数据差异显著,(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论 在消化内科的临床护理中实施风险管理措施,能够提高临床护理的质量,降低不良事件的发生率,从而实现有效降低护理风险的临床护理目标,具有临床推广意义。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of implementing risk management measures in digestive medicine nursing to reduce nursing risks.
Methods: A period of time from June 2019 to June 2020 was selected. A total of 110 patients were hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital due to digestive system diseases, which were taken as the research object of this experiment. Differently divided into control group and observation group, 55 patients in each group. The patients in the control group adopted conventional gastroenterology nursing measures, while the patients in the observation group added risk management measures on the basis of routine nursing, comparing the incidence of adverse events and the quality of clinical care between the two groups of patients under different nursing measures.
Results: Comparing the incidence of adverse events between the two groups, the observation group was 3.63% and the control group was 14.54%. The observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the data difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. In addition, comparing the quality of clinical care between the two groups, the observation group ward management, health education, writing, nursing operations, basic nursing and other scores were significantly higher than the control group, the data between the groups was significantly different, (P <0.05), there are statistics significance.
Conclusion  : The implementation of risk management measures in clinical nursing in the Department of Gastroenterology can improve the quality of clinical nursing, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and thus achieve the clinical nursing goals of effectively reducing the risk of nursing, which has clinical significance.
