目的 分析耳鼻喉手术中的护理安全隐患及防范措施。方法 本次回顾性实验中，选取于我院耳鼻喉科接受手术治疗的64例患者作为研究对象，纳入时间为2020年2月～2020年6月。为了保证研究效果，采用分组式结果分析，将患者平均分为观察组（n=32例）与对照组（n=32例），组别不同所采用的护理方式也不同，对照组患者运用常规护理措施，观察组患者采用安全防范措施，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果 运用安全防范措施的观察组耳鼻喉手术患者，切口感染、切口出血等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 为降低耳鼻喉科手术患者不良反应发生率，本次研究对其实施安全防范管理，结果显示手术效果明显提升，护理满意度有效提高，可在临床推广运用。
Objective: To analyze the hidden dangers of nursing safety and preventive measures in ENT surgery. Methods: In this retrospective experiment, 64 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital's otolaryngology department were selected as the research objects, and the enrollment period was from February 2020 to June 2020. In order to ensure the effect of the study, the grouped result analysis was used to divide the patients into the observation group (n=32 cases) and the control group (n=32 cases). The nursing methods used in different groups are also different. The control group patients use routine Nursing measures, the observation group adopts safety precautions. During the study period, nursing staff need to make records, focusing on the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction. Results: In the observation group of patients undergoing ENT surgery with safety precautions, the incidence of side effects such as incision infection and incision bleeding was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion : In order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients undergoing ENT surgery, this study implements safety precaution management. The results show that the surgical effect is significantly improved, and the nursing satisfaction is effectively improved. It can be used in clinical applications.
