目的 观察儿科护理带教质量的影响因素,并总结对策。方法 选取2018年1月-2019年1月于我院儿科实习的50例实习生为对照组,分析该阶段护理带教质量的影响因素;2019年1月根据上述影响因素强化临床护理带教,同时选取2019年1月-2020年1月的50例儿科实习生为观察组,对比两组的临床带教质量。结果 儿科护理带教主要受到护生因素、带教人员因素及科室因素的影响(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理带教质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 儿科护理带教质量的影响因素有护生因素、带教人员因素及科室因素等,亟需采取相关对策,从而提高其带教质量。
Objective: To observe the influencing factors of the quality of pediatric nursing teaching and summarize the countermeasures. Methods Fifty interns who practiced in pediatrics in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the control group to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of nursing teaching at this stage; in January 2019, according to the above influencing factors, clinical nursing teaching was strengthened. At the same time, 50 pediatric interns from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group to compare the clinical teaching quality of the two groups. Results Pediatric nursing teaching was mainly affected by factors of nursing students, teaching staff and department factors (P<0.05); the quality of nursing teaching in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) ). Conclusion : The influencing factors of the quality of pediatric nursing teaching include nursing students, teaching staff and department factors. It is urgent to adopt relevant countermeasures to improve the quality of teaching.
