目的 对比探析循证护理模式在糖尿病并发症临床上的应用效果。方法 随机性抽取我院2019年11月～2020年5月收治的76例患者作为研究主体，抓阄将其分为40例实验组以及36例对照组。实验组给予循证护理模式，对照组采用常规护理措施，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 实施相应护理措施前，两组患者的护理效果比较差异并无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实施相应护理措施后，两组患者的护理效果比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 研究表明，循证护理模式在糖尿病合并症患者的临床护理工作中应用效果显著，且具有相对合理的护理步骤环节，同时有效缩减了患者的平均住院时长，切实提升了患者及其家属对临床护理工作的满意程度，因此值得临床推广。
Objective: To compare and analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing model in the clinical application of diabetes complications. Methods: A total of 76 patients admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to May 2020 were randomly selected as the main body of the study, and they were divided into 40 experimental groups and 36 control groups. The experimental group was given an evidence-based nursing model, and the control group adopted routine nursing measures to compare the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results: Before implementing the corresponding nursing measures, the difference in the nursing effect between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant (P>0.05); after implementing the corresponding nursing measures, the difference in the nursing effect between the two groups of patients was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion : The research shows that the evidence-based nursing model has a significant effect in the clinical nursing work of patients with diabetes comorbidities, and has relatively reasonable steps of nursing steps. At the same time, it effectively reduces the average length of hospitalization of patients and effectively improves the patients and their families. The degree of satisfaction of clinical nursing work is worthy of clinical promotion.
