摘要

目的 探讨在消化内科护理教学中PBL教学模式的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象共80例,均来自我院2019年2月-2020年2月消化内科护理实习生,根据临床护理带教方式的不同,将其分组展开实验。按照以往常规护理教学模式,制定教学大纲,合理安排护生理论知识的学习与实践操作练习的时间,将这种护理教学方法用于对照组。按照PBL教学模式的开展流程,对观察组护生展开临床带教工作。结果 从两组护生在基础知识、专科知识和病例分析方面的考核成绩以及带教工作满意度的比较上来看,观察组护生所采用的临床护理教学方法应用效果较好,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 合理应用PBL教学模式,采用理论知识与实践操作相结合的方式,可帮助消化内科护生掌握更多的护理技能,不断提高自身的专业护理水平,满足护理工作的质量要求。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of PBL teaching model in nursing teaching of digestive medicine.
Methods: A total of 80 subjects in this study came from our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020. According to different clinical nursing teaching methods, they were grouped to conduct experiments. According to the conventional nursing teaching model in the past, the syllabus is formulated, and the time for the theoretical knowledge learning and practical operation of nursing students is reasonably arranged, and this nursing teaching method is used for the control group. According to the development process of the PBL teaching model, the clinical teaching work for the nursing students in the observation group was started.
Results: From the comparison of the assessment results of basic knowledge, specialist knowledge and case analysis of the two groups of nursing students and the satisfaction with the teaching work, the clinical nursing teaching methods adopted by the observation group of nursing students are applied well, and the differences between the groups have statistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The rational application of the PBL teaching model and the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical operation can help digestive medical students to master more nursing skills, continuously improve their professional nursing level, and meet the quality requirements of nursing work.
