目的 研究骨科护理中常见的不安全因素与相关对策。方法 本次研究开始时间为2019年3月，结束时间为2019年9月，需要选取72例骨科患者，患者均自愿参与研究，符合本次研究标准。参与本次研究的均运用摸球法平均分为两组，对照组（n=36例）患者运用常规护理措施，观察组（n=36例）患者采用护理风险防范对策，研究期间需要护理人员做好记录工作，重点记录患者不良事件发生率、护理满意度、住院时间、缓痛时间。结果 运用护理风险管理的观察组骨科患者，褥疮、坠床、跌倒以及下肢深静脉血栓不良事件发生率低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 为提升骨科患者护理效果，本次研究对患者运用护理风险管理，结果显示患者不良事件发生率明显降低，护理满意度有效提高，可在临床推广运用。
Objective: To study common unsafe factors and related countermeasures in orthopedic nursing. Methods: The start time of this study was March 2019 and the end time was September 2019. 72 orthopedic patients need to be selected. All patients voluntarily participate in the study, which meets the research criteria. Participants in this study were equally divided into two groups by touching the ball. Patients in the control group (n=36 cases) used conventional nursing measures, and patients in the observation group (n=36 cases) used nursing risk prevention measures. Nursing staff were needed during the study period. Do a good job of recording, focusing on recording the incidence of adverse events, nursing satisfaction, hospitalization time, and pain relief time. Results: The incidence of adverse events of bedsores, bed falling, falls and deep vein thrombosis in the observation group using nursing risk management was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : In order to improve the nursing effect of orthopedic patients, this study applied nursing risk management to patients. The results showed that the incidence of adverse events of patients was significantly reduced, and nursing satisfaction was effectively improved, which can be used in clinical applications.
