目的 探讨全程优质护理对肠癌患者情绪和生活质量的影响。方法 将我院于2016年12月至2018年2月收治的79例肠癌患者作为研究对象，随机分成实验组和对照组，对照组39例，给予常规护理，实验组40例，给予全程优质护理，比较两组患者护理后的情绪和生活质量情况。结果 实验组患者的焦虑和抑郁两大情绪评分均低于对照组（P<0.05），实验组患者的饮食、睡眠、精神和心理等生活质量改善情况都要比对照组的好（P<0.05）。结论 全程优质护理能很好的缓解患者不良情绪，提升生活质量，值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality care throughout the course on the mood and quality of life of patients with bowel cancer. Methods: The 79 patients with bowel cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to February 2018 were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group 39 cases were given routine care, and the experimental group 40 cases were given the whole course Quality nursing, compare the mood and quality of life of the two groups of patients after nursing. Results: The two emotional scores of anxiety and depression of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the improvement of the quality of life of the experimental group of patients in terms of diet, sleep, mentality and psychology was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). 0.05). Conclusion : The whole course of high-quality nursing can relieve patients' bad mood and improve the quality of life, and it is worthy of clinical application.
