摘要

目的 分析造成急诊科护理纠纷的安全隐患，并制定出相应的防范对策。方法 选取时间段为2018.5月~2020.5月期间，于我院急诊科出现的护理纠纷事件共27例，分析导致护理纠纷事件出现的影响因素，并制定出相应的防范对策。结果 据本次实验来看，造成急诊科护理纠纷事件的隐患主要包括了护理人员服务意识差、护患沟通不佳、护理人员专业素质不足、护理行为不规范、法律法规意识淡薄、医疗费用问题等。结论 针对当前急诊科存在的护理纠纷安全隐患，需要制定出针对性的防范对策，以降低护理纠纷的发生率。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the hidden dangers of nursing disputes in the emergency department and formulate corresponding preventive measures.
Methods: The selected time period was from May 2018 to May 2020.5. A total of 27 cases of nursing disputes occurred in the emergency department of our hospital. The influencing factors that led to the emergence of nursing disputes were analyzed, and corresponding preventive measures were formulated.
Results: According to this experiment, the hidden dangers that cause nursing disputes in the emergency department mainly include poor service awareness of nurses, poor communication between nurses and patients, insufficient professional quality of nurses, irregular nursing behavior, weak awareness of laws and regulations, and medical expenses Problems etc.
Conclusion  : Aiming at the hidden safety hazards of nursing disputes in the current emergency department, it is necessary to develop targeted preventive measures to reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
