对我院1例完全性膀胱外翻患儿进行手术治疗，并分析在围手术期的临床护理要点，即包括了术前护理和术后护理两部分，并指导患儿家属对其进行功能康复训练，在出院前给予出院指导，以促进患儿的身体恢复，改善其身体状况，提高预后效果。
