优质护理管理在新生儿护理中的运用效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨在新生儿临床护理中实施优质护理管理的应用效果。方法 于2019年4月-2020年1月我院产科中，随机选取68例新生儿作为本次研究对象。根据护理管理方式上存在的差异，将其分组展开实验。在以往常规护理管理模式下，使用规范性操作，对新生儿的腹部进行按摩，并给予新生儿体位、脐带部相应的护理服务，将这种护理管理方式用于对照组。通过对以往新生儿护理管理工作的实施情况进行分析，总结护理经验，吸取教训，在原有新生儿护理管理方案的基础上进行优化，构建优质护理管理模式，并贯穿于观察组新生儿的临床护理管理中。结果 从新生儿黄疸、皮肤感染等不良事件发生率以及家属护理满意度评分比较上来看，观察组的整体护理效果较好，指标差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用优质护理管理的方式，实现了对新生儿体位、抚触、饮食等全方位护理服务质量的有效控制，可降低新生儿皮肤感染、黄疸等疾病的发生概率，确保新生儿的生命安全。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of implementing high-quality nursing management in neonatal clinical nursing.
Methods: From April 2019 to January 2020, 68 neonates were randomly selected as the subjects of this study. According to the differences in nursing management methods, group them into experiments. In the past conventional nursing management model, standard operation was used to massage the abdomen of the newborn, and corresponding nursing services were given to the posture and umbilical cord of the newborn, and this nursing management method was used for the control group. By analyzing the implementation of previous neonatal care management work, summing up nursing experience, drawing lessons, optimizing on the basis of the original neonatal care management plan, constructing a high-quality nursing management model, and running through the clinical nursing of newborns in the observation group under management.
Results: Judging from the comparison of the incidence of adverse events such as neonatal jaundice, skin infections and family care satisfaction scores, the overall nursing effect of the observation group was better, and the difference in indicators was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of high-quality nursing management has achieved effective control of the quality of neonatal posture, touch, diet and other comprehensive nursing services, which can reduce the incidence of neonatal skin infections, jaundice and other diseases, and ensure the safety of neonatal life .
