Objective: To study the application value of personalized nursing model in liver disease nursing. Methods: In this experiment, a total of 106 patients with liver disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected. The selected patients were divided into Group A and Group B by coin flipping. The number of patients in the two groups was the same, both are 53 people. During the experiment, the nursing staff carried out nursing on Group A patients through general nursing methods, and implemented nursing on Group B patients through personalized nursing mode, recorded and analyzed the nursing satisfaction, length of hospitalization and complications of the two groups of patients. Results: The results of the study showed that in terms of nursing satisfaction, patients in group B were higher, patients in group A had a nursing satisfaction of 73.58%, patients in group B had a nursing satisfaction of 96.23%, and there was a significant difference in nursing satisfaction. It is statistically significance (p <0.05); in terms of length of hospitalization, the patients in group B were shorter, the patients in group A were (27.2 ± 3.8) days, and the patients in group B were (20.6 ± 2.4) days,Which has large difference, and the data is statistically significant (p <0.05); in terms of the probability of complications, the patients in group B are lower, the probability of complications in group A is 20.75%, the probability of complications in group B is 1.89%. There was a large difference in the probability of occurrence, and the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05). Conclusion : The personalized nursing model has high application value in liver disease nursing. It can promote the improvement of patient's nursing satisfaction to a certain extent, reduce the occurrence of complications and shorten the length of hospitalization of patients. Nursing staff should pay enough attention to it.
