目的 对比分析消化内科急性腹痛患者采用不同疗法的应用效果。方法 随机抽取我院2019年3月-2020年1月收治的120例急性腹痛患者作为研究主体，回顾性分析120例急性腹痛患者的一般资料以及临床资料，并对其临床表现进行记录，同时进行总结与分析。结果 通过研究发现，如果患者存在急性腹痛患者同时存在急性肠炎、阑尾炎、食物中毒、急性胰腺炎、胃肠道溃疡、肠阻塞以及尿毒症等相关并发症的情况下，那么患者就诊过程中将会导致出现急性腹痛的临床症状，临床上往往将胃肠道溃疡作为导致急性腹痛症状发作的主要原因。结论 研究表明，导致患者出现急性腹痛症状的病因众多，例如急性肠炎、阑尾炎、食物中毒等等，其中以消化道溃疡为主。由此可见，想要清楚的分析出急性腹痛的病因必须对患者采取全身辅助诊断，确定真实病因后即可开始对症治疗。
Objective: To compare and analyze the effects of different therapies on patients with acute abdominal pain in the Department of Gastroenterology. Method: Randomly select 120 patients with acute abdominal pain admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020 as the main body of the study, retrospectively analyze the general and clinical data of 120 patients with acute abdominal pain, and record their clinical manifestation, thensummarize and analyze it. Results: The study found that if the patient has acute abdominal pain and the patient has acute enteritis, such as appendicitis, food poisoning, acute pancreatitis, gastrointestinal ulcers, intestinal blockage, and uremia related complications, of which mainly is gastrointestinal ulcers.Then the patient will see that it can cause clinical symptoms of acute abdominal pain, and clinically often use gastrointestinal ulcers as the main cause of acute abdominal pain. Conclusion : Studies have shown that there are many causes of patients with acute abdominal pain symptoms, such as acute enteritis, appendicitis, food poisoning, etc., among which gastrointestinal ulcers are the main cause. It can be seen that if you want to clearly analyze the cause of acute abdominal pain, you must take a systemic diagnosis of the patient, and you can start symptomatic treatment after determining the true cause.
