Objective: To study the effect of high-quality nursing services in the nursing of patients with tuberculosis and massive hemoptysis. Methods: The duration of this experiment was from February 2019 to February 2020. The subjects of the experiment were patients with tuberculosis and hemoptysis admitted to our hospital. The total number of the experiment was 98. The nursing staff divided the patients into two groups according to the hospitalization time of the patients. The number of patients in the two groups remained the same, 54 patients in each group. During the experiment, the nursing staff took care of the patients in Group A through the basic nursing model and the patients in Group B through the high-quality nursing model. The anxiety score, depression score and quality of life score of the patients in both groups were counted and recorded. Results: In terms of anxiety score and depression score, the patients in group B were significantly lower than those in group A. The anxiety score and depression score in group A were (68.1 ± 4.5) points and (68.5 ± 4.8) points respectively. The depression scores were (53.9 ± 3.3) points and (54.6 ± 3.5) points respectively. The anxiety score and the depression score showed significant differences, and the data showed statistical significance (p <0.05). In terms of quality of life score, patients in group B were significantly higher than the patients in group A. The quality of life score in group A was (71.6 ± 6.8) points, and the quality of life score in group B was (92.7 ± 5.2) points. The quality of life score showed significant differences, and the data showed statistical significance (P <0.05).
