摘要

目的 对神经内科护理人力分层配置与工作现状进行研究。方法 本次实验共计抽取本地区4家三甲医院神经内科护理人员155名,通过问卷调查的方式对护理人员分层配置与工作现状进行记录和分析。结果 对实验结果进行分析,所选神经内科护患比、床护比较低,不符合当前规定。护理人力配置时间分配中存在一些不足,护理人力多集中在早班及午班,夜班人数较少。护理人员学历及能力之间存在着较大的差距,但是工作内容之间基本雷同,并不能有效调动护理人员的工作积极性。一线护理人员表现出学历低、职称低、工资低等显著特征。结论 在实际工作中,医院应充分认识到神经内科护理人力分层配置中存在的问题,明确工作中存在的不足,不断护理护理人力分层配置工作进行调整,提高护理人力分配水平,调动护理人员工作积极性,以此促进神经内科护理工作水平的提升。

Abstract

Objective: To study the hierarchical configuration and working status of nursing manpower in neurology department.
Methods: In this experiment, a total of 155 nurses in the neurology department of 4 tertiary hospitals in this area were selected, and the hierarchical configuration and working status of nurses were recorded and analyzed through questionnaire survey. Result: Analyzing the experimental results, the selected neurology department had a lower nurse-patient ratio and bed nurses, which did not meet the current regulations. There are some shortcomings in the time allocation of nursing manpower. Nursing manpower is mostly concentrated in morning shifts and midday shifts, with fewer night shifts. There is a big gap between the educational background and ability of nursing staff, but the work content is basically the same, which can not effectively arouse the enthusiasm of nursing staff. Front-line nursing staff showed significant characteristics such as low education, low professional title, and low salary.
Conclusion  : In actual work, the hospital should fully recognize the problems in the hierarchical configuration of nursing manpower in the neurology department, clarify the deficiencies in the work, and continuously adjust the hierarchical configuration of nursing manpower to improve the level of nursing manpower allocation and mobilize nursing Staff work enthusiasm to promote the improvement of the level of neurology nursing work.
