目的 分析研究细节护理在消化内科护理中的应用效果。方法 选取本院收治的130例消化内科患者开展本次试验研究，纳入时间为2018年09月-2019年08月，所有患者通过数字表法进行平均分组，分别为参照组65例和研究组65例。其中参照组给予常规护理，研究组在常规护理的基础上给予细节护理，比较两组的护理质量、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 研究组的病历书写评分、护理沟通评分和诊疗技术评分均明显高于参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者的并发症发生率明显低于参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者的总体护理满意度明显高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在消化内科患者的临床护理中应用细节护理能够有效提升护理质量，能够显著减少并发症的发生率，有助于提升患者满意度，具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze and study the effect of detailed nursing in the nursing of digestive medicine. Methods A total of 130 patients with gastroenterology admitted in our hospital were selected to carry out this trial study. The enrollment time was from September 2018 to August 2019. All patients were averagely grouped by numerical table method, which were 65 patients in the reference group and 65 in the study group. example. The reference group was given routine care, and the research group was given detailed care on the basis of routine care. The two groups were compared for the quality of care, the occurrence of complications, and the satisfaction with the care. Results The medical record writing score, nursing communication score, and diagnosis and treatment technology score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The overall nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in the clinical care of patients with digestive medicine can effectively improve the quality of care, significantly reduce the incidence of complications, help improve patient satisfaction, and has promotion value.
