目的 探讨在妇科恶性肿瘤化疗中，PICC置管的应用方法和护理措施。方法 选取2018.1月~2020.1月期间，在我院接受化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者，共计36例。将其使用双盲法分为对照组和观察组，每组各18例。对照组患者采用常规的留置针进行穿刺，观察组患者采用PICC置管，对比分析PICC置管与普通留置针的留置时间、创面疼痛评分、静脉炎发生率，以及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果 对比分析两组患者的各项观察指标，观察组患者的留置时间（15.31±6.72）天，创面疼痛评分（1.2±0.5）分，静脉炎发生率（5.55%）；对照组患者的留置时间（4.96±4.07）天，创面疼痛评分（4.1±0.6）分，静脉炎发生率（22.22%）；两组数据之间差异较大，（P＜0.05），存在统计学意义。此外，观察组患者对护理工作的满意度也明显优于对照组患者，数据差异较大，（P＜0.05），存在统计学意义。结论 针对于妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者，使用PICC置管具有绝对的优势，能够实现留置时间的延长，减轻创面疼痛，降低静脉炎的发生率，同时还有助于促进护理满意度的提高。
Objective To explore the application methods and nursing measures of PICC catheter in gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 36 gynecological malignant tumor patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a double-blind method, with 18 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were punctured with conventional indwelling needles, and the patients in the observation group were placed with PICC tubes. The retention time, wound pain score, incidence of phlebitis, and patient satisfaction with nursing work were compared and analyzed between PICC tubes and ordinary indwelling pins. Results: Comparative analysis of various observation indicators of the two groups of patients, the observation group's indwelling time (15.31 ± 6.72) days, wound pain score (1.2 ± 0.5) points, phlebitis incidence (5.55%); control group patients indwelling time (4.96 ± 4.07) days, wound pain score (4.1 ± 0.6) points, phlebitis incidence (22.22%); the difference between the two groups of data is large, (P <0.05), there is statistical significance. In addition, the satisfaction of the observation group patients with nursing work is also significantly better than that of the control group, the data difference is large, (P <0.05), there is statistical significance. Conclusion : For patients with gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy, the use of PICC catheter has an absolute advantage, which can prolong the indwelling time, reduce wound pain, reduce the incidence of phlebitis, and also help promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
