重症急诊患者心理护理应用重要性的研究分析

摘要

目的：对心理护理在重症急诊患者护理中的重要性进行分析，以期能够为护理人员开展工作提供些许参考。方法：本次实验抽取本院2019年1月~2019年12月期间就诊的重症急症患者共计92例，通过抽签将所选患者分为甲组及乙组，两组患者人数相同，均为46例。在实验过程中，护理人员对甲组患者实施常规护理，对乙组患者实施常规护理联合心理护理，统计和记录两组患者焦虑评分及护理满意情况。结果：研究结果显示，相比甲组患者，乙组患者焦虑评分较低，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组患者，乙组患者护理满意度较高，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：心理护理在重症急诊患者护理中有着较高的应用价值，其能够在一定程度上降低患者焦虑评分，促进患者护理满意度的提升，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the importance of psychological nursing in the nursing of critically ill patients, in order to provide some reference for nursing staff to carry out their work.
Methods: In this experiment, a total of 92 patients with severe acute illness who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected. The selected patients were divided into group A and group B by lot drawing. The number of patients in both groups was the same, both were 46 examples. In the course of the experiment, the nursing staff carried out routine nursing care for patients in group A and routine nursing combined with psychological care for patients in group B. Statistics and records of the anxiety scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.
Results: The results of the study showed that compared with patients in group A, the anxiety score of patients in group B was lower, and the differences between the two groups were more prominent, with statistical significance (p <0.05). Compared with patients in group A, patients’satisfactory degree in group B was higher, the difference between the two groups of patients was more prominent, and there was statistical significance (p <0.05).
Conclusion  : Psychological nursing has higher application value in the nursing of critically ill patients. It can reduce the anxiety score of patients to a certain extent and promote the improvement of patient satisfaction. It has certain practical significance.
