Effect of nursing factors on nursing effect of patients with peripheral facial paralysis
护理因素对周围性面瘫患者护理效果的影响

摘要

目的：研究护理因素对周围性面瘫患者护理效果的影响，以期能够为护理人员开展工作提供些许参考。方法：本次实验抽取我科2019年1月~2019年12月期间就诊的周围性面瘫患者共计76例，通过抽签将所选患者分为甲组及乙组，两组患者人数相同，均为38人。实验过程中，两组患者均接受常规治疗，护理人员对甲组患者实施常规护理，对乙组患者实施常规护理联合全面护理，统计和记录两组患者治疗总有效率及满意情况。结果：研究结果显示，相比甲组患者，乙组患者治疗总有效率较高，两组患者之间差异较为突出，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）；相比甲组患者，乙组患者满意度较高，两组患者之间差异较大，存在统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论：护理因素对周围性面瘫患者护理效果有着显著的影响，对患者进行全面护理能够在一定程度上促进治疗总有效率及满意度的提升，具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract

Objective: To study the influence of nursing factors on the nursing effect of patients with peripheral facial paralysis, in order to provide some references for nursing staff to carry out their work.
Methods: A total of 76 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected in this experiment. The selected patients were divided into group A and group B by lot drawing. The number of patients in both groups was the same 38 people. During the experiment, the two groups of patients received conventional treatment. The nursing staff carried out routine care for group A patients, and performed routine nursing combined with comprehensive care for group B patients. The total effective rate and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were counted and recorded.
Results: The results of the study showed that compared with patients in group A, the total effective rate of treatment in group B was higher, and the differences between the two groups were more prominent, which was statistically significant (p <0.05). Satisfaction was high, and there was a large difference between the two groups of patients, which was statistically significant (p <0.05).
Conclusion  : Nursing factors have a significant effect on the nursing effect of patients with peripheral facial paralysis. Comprehensive nursing of patients can promote the overall efficiency and satisfaction of treatment to a certain extent, which has certain practical significance.
