摘要

目的：探究经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(transurethal plasmakinetic resection of the prostate，PKRP) 治疗的前列腺增生患者应用舒适护理对其不良情绪的影响。方法：随机选择在本院接受治疗的54例经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的(PKRP)患者，治疗时间为2017年4月-2018年4月，所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组，分别釆用常规护理的为对照组，在常规护理的基础上采用舒适护理的为观察组。结果：与对照组相比较，观察组的焦虑和抑郁评分明显更低，组间差异显著(p<0.05)。结论：经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗的前列腺增生患者应用舒适护理，能够有效改善患者的心理状态，提高治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on the negative mood of patients undergoing transurethral prostate plasmatomy (PKRP).
Methods: Fifty-four patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate (PKRP) who were treated in our hospital were randomly selected. The treatment time was from April 2017 to April 2018. They were divided into the control group and the observation group, and routine care was used in the control group, the comfort care on the basis of conventional care was the observation group.
Results: Compared with the control group, the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower, and the differences between the groups were significant (p <0.05).
Conclusion  : Transurethral resection of prostate (PKRP) patients with comfortable nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients and improve the treatment effect.
