摘要

目的：本研究旨在探究临床护理在慢性胃溃疡患者中的应用及实施效果。方法：随机选取我院2019年1月-12月就诊的80例患者作为研究对象，分为对照组（40例）和实验组（40例）。对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予个性化护理。观察并比较两组患者的治疗总时间，症状消失时间，疗效，患者满意度和心理状态。结果：实验组患者治疗有效率和满意度均高于对照组，治疗时间及症状消失时间低于对照组，此外，实验组患者焦虑和抑郁程度显著低于对照组，心理状态较好。结论：个性化护理在胃溃疡治疗中能显著提高治疗效果和患者满意度，缓解患者焦虑和抑郁。

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the application and effect of clinical nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer.
Methods: 80 patients in our hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly selected in this study. All the patients were divided into control group (40 cases) and experimental group (40 cases). The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given individualized nursing. The total duration oftreatment and symptom disappearance, treatment effect, patient satisfaction and mental state of the two groups were observed and evaluated.
Results: the effective rate and satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the treatment time and symptom disappearance time were lower than those in the control group.
Conclusion : Individualized nursing can significantly improve the treatment effect and patients' satisfaction, relieve patients' anxiety and depression.
