Objective: To analyze and evaluate the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors during chemotherapy. Methods: EORTC QLQ-C30 V3 .0 Chinese version was selected. Eighty patients with cancer chemotherapy from January 2019 to August 2019 were evaluated for quality of life. Results: The quality of life of patients with malignant tumors decreased significantly during chemotherapy. Patients with symptoms such as fatigue and pain, insomnia, and dyspnea were common. In addition, during chemotherapy, the physical function, emotional state, role function, and cognitive function of patients with malignant tumors are in good condition, but the general health and social functions of some patients have been seriously impaired. Conclusion : Financial difficulties, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, loss of appetite, and insomnia are more common problems faced by patients, and patients' general health and social functions have been impaired to varying degrees, and patients with malignant tumors generally have fatigue And pain symptoms.
