本文以PMP 5.0项目整体管理方法论为基础，结合某集团信息系统实施过程为背景，阐述在信息系统整理管理过程中一般应用的工具和方法指引，并且探讨了信息系统项目整体管理难点并浅析其应对措施，最后总结信息系统整体管理对于项目管理的重要意义。
Based on the overall management methodology of PMP 5.0 project and the implementation process of a group information system, this paper expounds the tools and methods of general application in the process of information system management, and discusses the difficulties in the overall management of information system projects and analyzes them. Response measures, and finally summarize the importance of the overall management of information systems for project management.
