优质护理服务在外科门诊护理工作中的应用效果

摘要

对于护理服务的现状，我们研究对护理进行升级或者进行改进，通过对比来了解优质的服务在一些医院外科门诊的应用效果，为此，我们选用了90名患者，并把这些人进行了随机的分类。分成两类一类是观察组，另一类是对照组。关于对照组的患者，观察的时间为2018年2月到2019年的2月。观察组患者噎死这个时间段。他们都接受了外科诊所的治疗。 对照组是常规护理，观察小组提供优质的护理服务。对比选中的两组在手术前和手术中他们的SBP（收缩压）和DBP（舒张压）。术后疼痛采用VAS评分。抑郁评分（SDS）同时还有焦虑评分（SAS），这是用于对比患者在接受治疗前后的心理是否发生了变化。在此基础之上，对护理满意度进行对比，对比的结果毫不意外是对照小组的舒张压以及收缩压明显的高于观察组。在进行满意度打分的时候，观察组的整体满意度为97.8%，而对照小组的满意度仅为77.8%，对比结果观察组的得分明显优于对照小组。得出来的结论是，这样的护理服务非常值得推广应用。

Abstract

For the status quo of nursing services, we study to upgrade or improve the nursing, and compare the quality of services in some hospital surgical clinics. For this reason, we selected 90 patients and randomly selected them. classification. Divided into two categories, one is the observation group, and the other is the control group. Regarding the patients in the control group, the observation time was from February 2018 to February 2019. The observation group patients died of this period of time. They all received treatment from a surgical clinic. The control group was routinely treated and the observation team provided quality care. The SBP (systolic blood pressure) and DBP (diastolic blood pressure) of the selected two groups were compared before and during surgery. Postoperative pain was assessed by VAS. The Depression Score (SDS) also has an Anxiety Score (SAS), which is used to compare whether the patient's psychology has changed before and after treatment. On this basis, the satisfaction of nursing was compared. The results of the comparison were not surprising. The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group. In the satisfaction score, the overall satisfaction of the observation group was 97.8%, while the satisfaction of the control group was only 77.8%. The score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The conclusion is that such care services are well worth promoting.
