【摘要】目的 探讨责任制整体护理在甲状腺肿瘤切除术后引流护理中的应用效果。方法 选取甲状腺肿瘤切除术后留置引流管的患者140例，随机分为观察组与对照组各70例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用责任制整体护理。对比两组术后不同时段引流量、术后置管时间、切口愈合情况、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 术后0~24h，观察组的引流量显著高于对照组（P<0.05），而术后24~48h、48~72h引流量显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的平均置管时间显著短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组切口甲级愈合率为100.00%，与对照组的97.14%比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为4.92%，显著低于对照组的22.86%（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度为98.57%，显著高于对照组的81.43%（P<0.05）。结论 责任制整体护理能够缩短甲状腺肿瘤切除术后引流时间，降低引流相关并发症发生率，提高患者的护理满意度。
【Abstract】 Objective To inveterate the effect of responsibility system holistic nursing in catheter drainage nursing after thyroid tumor resection. Methods A total of 140 patients with catheter drainage after thyroid tumor resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given responsibility system holistic nursing.The volume of drainage at different time after surgery, catheterization time, incision healing,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative drainage volume at 24 hours in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the postoperative drainage volume at 24 ~ 48 hours and 48 ~ 72 hours in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);The average catheterization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05);The healing rate of the incision was 100.00% in the observation group,showed no significant difference with 97.14% in the control group (P>0.05);The incidence of complication in the observation group was 4.92%,which was significantly lower than 22.86% in the control group (P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98.57%, which was significantly higher than 81.43% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of responsibility system holistic nursing in catheter drainage nursing after thyroid tumor resection can shorten the postoperative drainage time, reduce the incidence of complications related to drainage and improve the patient 's nursing satisfaction.
