目的 探讨改良早期预警评分（MEWS）评分联合标准化分级转运方案在ICU危重症患者院内转运安全管理中的实施效果。方法 选取2024年3月-2024年8月四川省资阳市某三级医院ICU需转运的180例患者，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组90例。对照组实施传统转运方式，试验组实施MEWS评分联合标准化分级转运流程。结果 试验组转运时间为（11.02±4.862）min，显著低于对照组转运时间（18.49±9.701）min；试验组院内转运过程中的不良事件总发生率7.78%低于对照组26.67%；试验组患者满意度评分为4.63±0.410，高于对照组的4.41±0.326，各项指标差异（P＜0.05）。结论 MEWS评分与标准化分级转运流程相结合，能够有效减少ICU危重患者转运时间。
Objective To explore the implementation effect of Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) score combined with standardized graded transfer protocol in the safety management of in-hospital transfer of critically ill patients in the ICU. Methods A total of 180 patients who needed to be transferred to the ICU of a tertiary hospital in Ziyang City, Sichuan Province from March 2024 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 90 cases in each group. The control group implemented the traditional transfer method, while the experimental group implemented the MEWS score combined with the standardized graded transfer process. The transfer time, incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The transfer time of the experimental group was (11.02±4.862) min, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (18.49±9.701) min. The total incidence of adverse events during the in-hospital transfer process in the experimental group was 7.78%, which was lower than 26.67% in the control group. The satisfaction score of patients in the experimental group was 4.63±0.410, which was higher than that of the control group (4.41±0.326). The differences in all indicators were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of MEWS score and standardized graded transfer process can effectively reduce the transfer time of critically ill patients in the ICU, lower the incidence of adverse events, improve patient satisfaction, and has good clinical application value.
