“健康小屋”在社区健康管理中的护理角色与实践路径探析

摘要

随着“健康中国2030”规划纲要的深入实施，以预防为主、重心下沉的卫生健康策略成为核心。社区“健康小屋”作为落实该战略的前沿阵地，是实现居民自我健康管理和基层首诊的重要载体。本文从护理学的视角出发，阐述了“健康小屋”在社区健康管理中的核心功能与定位，重点分析了护士在其中扮演的健康评估者、教育者、管理者、协调者等多重角色，并探讨了当前实践中面临的挑战及优化路径，旨在为提升“健康小屋”服务效能，推动“健康中国”战略在基层的落地提供理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract

With the in-depth implementation of the “Healthy China 2030” plan, the health strategy of prioritizing prevention and shifting the focus downward has become the core. The community “Health Hut” serves as the frontline for implementing this strategy, acting as a crucial platform for residents’ self-health management and primary care. From a nursing perspective, this article elaborates on the core functions and positioning of the “Health Hut” in community health management, focusing on the multiple roles nurses play as health assessors, educators, managers, and coordinators. It also explores the challenges faced in current practice and optimization pathways, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical insights for enhancing the service efficiency of the “Health Hut” and promoting the implementation of the “Healthy China” strategy at the grassroots level.
