Application of multidimensional evaluation model in clinical practice teaching of critical care nursing
多维度评价模式在急危重症护理临床实践教学中的应用

摘要

目的 分析急危重症护理临床实践教学中采用多维度评价模式的价值。方法 抽选本院急危重症护理护生共50名（时间2025年1月-2025年12月），按照实习批次和评价模式的不同对其分组，包括对照组（n=25，常规评价模式）、观察组（n=25，多维度评价模式）。根据专业能力、课程体验对两组护生进行评价。结果 在理论知识、实践技能方面，观察组护生各项成绩相比对照组显著提高（P＜0.05）。在课程体验调查方面，观察组护生各领域（学习评价公平性、教学质量、教学内容、满意度）得分相比对照组显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论 急危重症护理临床实践教学中采用多维度评价模式，对学习成绩的提升有积极作用，可改善护生课程体验。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of using a multidimensional evaluation model in clinical practice teaching of critical care nursing.
Methods A total of 50 critical care nursing interns from our hospital were selected (from January 2025 to December 2025). They were grouped according to the different internship batches and evaluation models, including the control group (n=25, conventional evaluation model) and the observation group (n=25, multidimensional evaluation model). The two groups of nursing students were evaluated based on professional ability and course experience.
Results In terms of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the scores of the nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). In the course experience survey, the scores of the nursing students in the observation group in each domain (fairness of learning evaluation, teaching quality, teaching content, satisfaction) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of a multidimensional evaluation model in clinical practice teaching of critical care nursing has a positive effect on improving learning outcomes and can enhance the course experience of nursing students.
