Application of bundle nursing combined with humanistic care strategy based on intelligent early warning in ICU patients with severe pneumonia
基于智能预警的集束化护理联合人文关怀策略在ICU重症肺炎患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析基于智能预警的集束化护理联合人文关怀策略在ICU重症肺炎患者中的应用。方法 我院2025年2月至2026年2月期间收治ICU重症肺炎患者，共计60例，以随机分组方式均分为两组，即对照组（常规ICU护理），观察组（智能预警的集束化护理联合人文关怀），对实施过程中两组相关指标数据做整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析基于智能预警的集束化护理联合人文关怀策略应用价值。结果 观察组临床指标短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，组间对比P值﹤0.05，可见统计学意义。结论 基于智能预警的集束化护理联合人文关怀策略，可切实改善患者的临床症状，减少并发症出现的几率，提高对护理的满意度，值得推行。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of intelligent early warning-based cluster nursing combined with humanistic care strategies in ICU patients with severe pneumonia.
Methods A total of 60 ICU patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2025 to February 2026 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (standard ICU nursing) and the observation group (intelligent early warning-based cluster nursing combined with humanistic care). Relevant index data from both groups were recorded during implementation, and statistical analysis was conducted to compare and observe the application value of the strategy.
Results The observation group demonstrated shorter clinical indicators, lower complication rates, and higher nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P-value <0.05), indicating statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   The intelligent early warning-based cluster nursing combined with humanistic care strategy effectively improves clinical symptoms, reduces complication rates, and enhances nursing satisfaction in patients, making it worthy of clinical implementation.
