The application value of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) concept in perioperative care for gastrointestinal surgery patients
快速康复外科理念在胃肠手术患者围术期护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 观察在胃肠手术患者围术期护理中使用快速康复外科理念，研究其应用价值。方法 本次研究开始时间为2025年12月，结束时间为2026年4月，研究对象为我院胃肠手术患者150例，采用抽签的方式将150例患者对半分为对照组和观察组。给予对照组采用常规的护理方式，观察组采用快速康复理念，最后对两组患者干预后并发症发生情况、患者生活质量以及患者的临床指标进行对比。结果 观察组相较于对照组而言，患者出现感染、恶心呕吐、腹胀等并发症的概率较低；并且观察组患者的生活质量水平显著较高；住院时间、肛门排气时间等均低于对照组，差异效果显著（P<0.05）。结论 给予胃肠手术患者围术期使用快速康复外科理念进行护理，可以有效降低患者并发症，如腹胀、呕吐等，并且通过护理后患者的临床指标也得到有效改善，提高了患者护理中的生活质量，促进患者身体快速恢复。所以在临床中值得广泛推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application value of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) concept in perioperative care for gastrointestinal surgery patients.
Methods This study was conducted from December 2025 to April 2026, involving 150 gastrointestinal surgery patients at our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by lottery. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group underwent enhanced recovery after surgery. Post-intervention comparisons were made regarding complication incidence, patient quality of life, and clinical parameters between the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group exhibited significantly lower rates of complications such as infection, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal distension; demonstrated markedly higher quality of life; and showed shorter hospital stays and earlier time to flatus compared to the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Implementation of enhanced recovery after surgery during the perioperative period for gastrointestinal surgery patients effectively reduces complications such as abdominal distension and vomiting, improves clinical parameters, enhances quality of life, and promotes faster recovery. This approach warrants widespread clinical adoption.
