Progressive resistive inspiratory muscle training combined with narrative nursing on compliance and respiratory function in patients with cervical spinal cord injury
渐进抗阻吸气肌训练联合叙事护理对颈段脊髓损伤患者依从性及呼吸功能的影响

摘要

目的 观察渐进抗阻吸气肌训练联合叙事护理对颈段脊髓损伤患者依从性及呼吸功能的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2024年8月-2025年8月收治的62例颈段脊髓损伤患者临床资料，62例患者均通过双色球随机分组法均分为对照组（渐进抗阻吸气肌训练）与实验组（渐进抗阻吸气肌训练联合叙事护理），每一组有31例，比较两组患者护理效果。结果 实验组患者依从性（100.00%）及呼吸功能指标均高于对照组，数据差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 渐进抗阻吸气肌训练联合叙事护理可显著提升颈段脊髓损伤患者依从性，有利于促进改善患者呼吸功能。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effects of progressive resistive inspiratory muscle training combined with narrative nursing on the compliance and respiratory function of patients with cervical spinal cord injury.
Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 62 patients with cervical spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from August 2024 to August 2025. The 62 patients were equally divided into a control group (progressive resistive inspiratory muscle training) and an experimental group (progressive resistive inspiratory muscle training combined with narrative nursing) using a double-color ball random grouping method, with 31 patients in each group, and compared the nursing effects between the two groups.
Results The compliance (100.00%) and respiratory function indicators of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences in the data (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Progressive resistive inspiratory muscle training combined with narrative nursing can significantly improve compliance in patients with cervical spinal cord injury and is beneficial for improving respiratory function.
