Analysis of the impact of nesting care on sleep and growth development in preterm infants in the NICU
NICU早产儿鸟巢式护理对睡眠及生长发育的影响分析

摘要

目的 为了分析NICU早产儿鸟巢式护理对睡眠及生长发育的影响。方法 选取2023年2月-2025年6月我院收治的60例NICU早产儿为研究对象，按照随机分组为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组实施常规NICU护理，观察组实施早产儿鸟巢式护理。分析两组早产儿的每日睡眠时间，生长发育情况，生理指标变化以及并发症发生情况。结果 干预前，两组早产儿的每日睡眠时间，生长发育情况以及生理指标分析（p＞0.05），干预后，观察组早产儿的每日睡眠时间较对照组长（p＜0.05），生长发育以及生理指标结果均优于对照组（p＜0.05），并发症发生情况较对照组低（p＜0.05）。结论 对NICU早产儿实施鸟巢式护理能够改善早产儿的睡眠质量、生理功能，促进生长发育，同时还能减少相关并发症的发生。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of nest-like care on sleep and growth development in premature infants in the NICU.
Methods A total of 60 premature infants admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to June 2025 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases each. The control group received conventional NICU care, while the observation group received nest-like care for premature infants. The daily sleep duration, growth development, physiological indicators, and complication rates were analyzed in both groups.
Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in daily sleep duration, growth development, or physiological indicators between the two groups (p > 0.05). After intervention, the observation group showed longer daily sleep duration (p < 0.05), superior growth development and physiological indicators (p < 0.05), and lower complication rates (p < 0.05) compared to the control group.
Conclusion   Implementing nest-like care for premature infants in the NICU can improve sleep quality, enhance physiological functions, promote growth development, and reduce the incidence of related complications.
