目的 观察双向质量反馈护理联合针对性康复对脊髓型颈椎病患者自护能力和生活质量的影响。方法 回顾性分析我院2023年7月-2024年7月收治的64例脊髓型颈椎病患者相关研究资料，64例患者均通过随机信封法均分为对照组（32例：针对性康复训练）与实验组（32例：双向质量反馈护理联合针对性康复），比较两组患者自护能力和生活质量。结果 实验组护理后ESCA量表评分及SF-36量表评分较之对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 双向质量反馈护理联合针对性康复能有效提升脊髓型颈椎病患者自护能力和生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of bidirectional quality feedback nursing combined with targeted rehabilitation on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed data from 64 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024. The 64 patients were randomly divided into a control group (32 cases: targeted rehabilitation training) and an experimental group (32 cases: bidirectional quality feedback nursing combined with targeted rehabilitation) using an envelope method. We compared the self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups. Results After nursing, the experimental group had higher ESCA scale scores and SF-36 scale scores than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bidirectional quality feedback nursing combined with targeted rehabilitation can effectively improve the self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
