白内障是全球致盲的首位病因，日间手术模式因其住院时间短、医疗费用低、床位周转率高等优势已成为白内障治疗的主流模式。但其流程紧凑、患者居家康复时间长等特点对护理工作提出了更高要求。该文从白内障日间手术的发展现状、全流程护理管理的关键环节（预住院健康教育、入院前评估、术中配合、术后观察、出院准备及延续护理）、护理质量评价指标及护理管理新模式等方面进行综述，梳理国内外研究进展，旨在为我国白内障日间手术护理实践与研究提供借鉴，推动其规范化、同质化、专科化发展。
Cataract is the leading cause of blindness worldwide. Ambulatory surgery has become the mainstream model for cataract treatment due to its advantages of short hospital stay, low medical cost, and high bed turnover rate. However, its compact process and prolonged home recovery period place higher demands on nursing work. This paper reviews the developmental status of cataract ambulatory surgery, the key links in whole-process nursing management (pre-admission health education, pre-admission assessment, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative observation, discharge preparation, and transitional care), nursing quality evaluation indicators, and new nursing management models. The aim is to summarize research progress at home and abroad, provide reference for clinical nursing practice and research on cataract ambulatory surgery in China, and promote its standardized, homogenized, and specialized development.
