Clinical nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress package intervention on patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type stomach pain

摘要

目的 分析中药热奄包热敷干预脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者临床护理效果。方法 回顾分析2025年1月至2026年1月60例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者的病历资料，其中30例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者实施常规干预，设定为对照组；30例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者实施中药热奄包热敷干预，设定为观察组。对比两组疼痛情况、中医症状积分情况、生活质量情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果 （1）疼痛情况，观察组干预后NRS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。（2）中医症状积分情况，观察组干预后中医症状积分（胃脘疼痛，胃脘胀满，嗳气泛酸，纳呆）低于对照组（P<0.05）。（3）生活质量情况，观察组干预后生活质量评分（生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康等）高于对照组（P<0.05）。（4）不良反应发生率，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中药热奄包热敷干预脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者临床护理效果较佳，可改善疼痛、加快症状恢复，提高生活质量，并且安全性高，值得采纳。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress package intervention on patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type stomach pain.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 60 patients with spleen stomach deficiency cold type stomach pain from January 2025 to January 2026. Among them, 30 patients with spleen stomach deficiency cold type stomach pain received routine intervention and were set as the control group; 30 patients with spleen stomach deficiency cold type stomach pain were treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress package intervention, and set as the observation group. Compare the pain situation, TCM symptom score, quality of life, and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.
Results (1) Pain condition: After intervention, the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).(2) The score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms showed that after intervention, the observation group had lower scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms (epigastric pain, epigastric distension, belching and acid reflux, and nausea) than the control group (P<0.05).(3) The quality of life in the observation group after intervention showed that the quality of life scores (physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, overall health, etc.) were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). (4) The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The traditional Chinese medicine hot compress package has a better clinical nursing effect on patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type stomach pain, which can improve pain, accelerate symptom recovery, improve quality of life, and has high safety. It is worth adopting.
