Study on the application effect of checklist-based dietary management in patients after gastrointestinal EMR surgery
清单式饮食护理在胃肠EMR术后患者中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨清单式饮食管理在胃肠EMR术后患者中的应用效果。方法 前瞻性随机对照研究，选取2024年6月至2025年6月某三甲医院消化内科行胃肠EMR术156例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各78例。对照组实施常规饮食护理，观察组实施清单式饮食管理，比较两组胃肠道功能恢复时间、并发症发生率、饮食依从性、营养状况及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、恢复正常饮食时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；并发症总发生率（7.69%）低于对照组（21.79%）（P<0.05）；饮食依从性评分、护理满意度评分及术后第7天血清白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 清单式饮食管理能有效促进胃肠EMR术后患者康复，降低并发症发生率，改善营养状况，提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of checklist-based dietary management in patients after gastrointestinal EMR surgery.
Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted, selecting 156 patients who underwent gastrointestinal EMR surgery in the Department of Gastroenterology of a tertiary hospital from June 2024 to June 2025, and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 78 cases in each group. The control group received conventional dietary care, while the observation group received checklist-based dietary management. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, incidence of complications, dietary compliance, nutritional status, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group showed shorter postoperative times for first flatus, first defecation, and resumption of normal diet compared to the control group (P<0.05). The overall complication incidence rate (7.69%) was lower than that of the control group (21.79%) (P<0.05). The scores for dietary compliance, nursing satisfaction, and serum albumin and prealbumin levels on day 7 postoperatively were all higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Checklist-based dietary management can effectively promote recovery in patients after gastrointestinal EMR surgery, reduce complication incidence, improve nutritional status, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
