The impact of standardized operating procedure management for surgical patients with HIV/AIDS on occupational exposure among healthcare workers
规范化操作管理用于艾滋病手术患者对医护职业暴露的影响

摘要

目的 本研究旨在分析规范化操作管理用于艾滋病/获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）患者手术中对医护职业暴露预防效果提升的促进意义。方法 我院手术室2022年1月至2023年1月纳入规范化操作管理前设为对照组；自2023年2月至2026年2月纳入规范化操作管理后设为观察组（手术室共21名护理人员）。观察不同管理模式下医护职业暴露预防效果等核心指标差异性。结果 观察组护理人员防护用品使用、术中风险因素识别与干预等职业防护知识掌握度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学显著性（P＜0.05）。各组随机选取30例AIDS患者并发放《患者满意度调查问卷》进行评估，发现观察组对医疗服务的总满意率（96.67%）高于对照组（76.67%），差异有统计学显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 规范化管理基于系统化标准流程显著降低护理人员在AIDS手术中的职业暴露风险，这使传染病患者平等获得安全手术的权利，也最大限度保障了护理人员的个人安全。

Abstract

Objective This study aimed to analyze the significance of standardized operational management in promoting improvements in the prevention of occupational exposure among healthcare workers during surgery for patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).
Methods: In the operating room of our hospital, the period from January 2022 to January 2023, before the implementation of standardized operational management, was assigned to the control group; the period from February 2023 to February 2026, after implementation, was assigned to the observation group (a total of 21 nurses in the operating room). The differences in core indicators, such as the effectiveness of occupational exposure prevention, were compared between the two management modes.
Results: The scores for mastery of occupational protection knowledge, including the use of protective equipment and the identification of and intervention in intraoperative risk factors, were higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Thirty patients with AIDS were randomly selected from each group and asked to complete the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire. The overall satisfaction rate in the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (76.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Standardized management based on systematic standard procedures significantly reduces the risk of occupational exposure among nursing staff during AIDS surgery. This helps ensure that patients with infectious diseases have equal access to safe surgery and maximally protects the personal safety of nursing staff.
