目的 分析院前急救护理中伦理冲突的类型和原因，并提出对策。方法 回顾性分析2024年6月至2025年12月40例院前急救患者护理记录。结果 伦理冲突总的发生率是67.5%，生命权和自主权冲突最多，其次就是资源分配、知情同意、保密原则等，和急救环境、护士的伦理素养、患者的认知水平有关系。结论 院前急救伦理冲突高发，加强伦理培训、完善制度、优化资源、改善沟通可以减少伦理冲突，提高急救护理质量。
Objective To analyze the types and causes of ethical conflicts in pre-hospital emergency nursing and propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the nursing records of 40 pre-hospital emergency patients from June 2024 to December 2025. Results The overall incidence of ethical conflicts was 67.5%, with conflicts regarding the right to life and autonomy being the most prevalent, followed by those concerning resource allocation, informed consent, and the principle of confidentiality. These conflicts were associated with the emergency setting, nurses’ethical competence, and patients’ level of understanding. Conclusion Ethical conflicts are highly prevalent in pre-hospital emergency care. Strengthening ethical training, improving institutional frameworks, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing communication can reduce ethical conflicts and improve the quality of emergency nursing.
