Construction and application of the training system for junior nurses in the operating room based on the OSCE assessment model
基于OSCE考核模式的手术室低年资护士培训体系构建与应用

摘要

目的 探析基于客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）考核模式的手术室低年资护士培训体系构建与应用效果。方法 将2024年12月-2025年10月在本院手术室工作的30名低年资护士纳入研究，随机分为研究组与参照组，每组15例。参照组构建基于一般考核模式的培训体系并应用，研究组构建基于OSCE考核模式的培训体系并应用，对比两组培训效果。结果 培训前，两组手术室综合护理能力评估分数、思维能力评估分数均较低（P＞0.05）；培训后，两组手术室综合护理能力评估分数、思维能力评估分数均上升，研究组均高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 基于OSCE考核模式的手术室低年资护士培训体系构建其应用效果理想，有助于提升综合护理能力和思维能力。

Abstract

Objective To explore the construction and application effect of the training system for junior nurses in the operating room based on the objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) assessment model.
Methods A total of 30 junior nurses working in the operating room of our hospital from December 2024 to October 2025 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group, with 15 cases in each group. The reference group constructed a training system based on the general assessment model and applied it, while the study group constructed a training system based on the OSCE assessment model and applied it. The training effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Before training, the assessment scores of comprehensive nursing ability and thinking ability in the operating room of both groups were low (P > 0.05); after training, the assessment scores of comprehensive nursing ability and thinking ability in the operating room of both groups increased, and the study group was higher than the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The construction and application of the training system for junior nurses in the operating room based on the OSCE assessment model have ideal effects, and it helps to improve comprehensive nursing ability and thinking ability.
