Study on the improvement of quality of life in advanced lung cancer patients under the “One Core, Multiple Approaches” concept of hospice care
基于“⼀核多元”理念下的安宁疗护对晚期肺癌患者生活质量改善的研究

摘要

目的 研究探讨基于“一核多元”理念下的安宁疗护对晚期肺癌患者生活质量改善的效果。方法 研究从我院2023年7月至2025年7月收治的晚期肺癌患者中抽选50例，将其作为研究对象进行随机数表法分组，对照组为25例，观察组为25例。两组患者接受不同的疗护策略，对照组患者给予常规安宁疗护，观察组患者给予“一核多元”安宁疗护干预策略。将两组患者的心理韧性、BFI评分与QOL-C30评分作对比。结果 观察组患者经过“一核多元”安宁疗护后，其心理韧性显著改善，BFI评分明显更低，QOL-C30评分均发生显著变化，P＜0.05。结论 对晚期肺癌患者给予“一核多元”理念下的安宁疗护，能够显著改善患者心理状况，减轻患者负面情绪，降低其BFI评分，改善其QOL-C30评分，对减轻患者痛苦效果显著。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of hospice care based on the “One Core, Multiple Approaches” concept on improving the quality of life in advanced lung cancer patients.
Methods A total of 50 advanced lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2025 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group consisted of 25 patients, and the observation group consisted of 25 patients. The two groups received different care strategies: the control group received conventional hospice care, while the observation group received the “One Core, Multiple Approaches” hospice care intervention strategy. The psychological resilience, BFI scores, and QOL-C30 scores of the two groups were compared.
Results After receiving the “One Core, Multiple Approaches” hospice care, the psychological resilience of the observation group patients significantly improved, with significantly lower BFI scores and significant changes in QOL-C30 scores (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing hospice care based on the “One Core, Multiple Approaches” concept for advanced lung cancer patients can significantly improve their psychological status, alleviate negative emotions, reduce BFI scores, and enhance QOL-C30 scores, demonstrating significant efficacy in alleviating patient suffering.
