Efficacy analysis of Coptis chinensis oil application combined with physical antibacterial spray dressing in improving incontinence-induced dermatitis wounds in ICU patients
黄连油涂剂联合物理抗菌喷雾敷料改善ICU患者失禁性皮炎创面的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析黄连油涂剂联合物理抗菌喷雾敷料改善ICU患者失禁性皮炎（IAD）创面的效果。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月本院ICU内80例IAD患者，以随机数字表法分组，各40例。对照组给予常规皮肤护理联合氧化锌软膏涂抹治疗，研究组给予黄连油涂剂联合物理抗菌喷雾敷料治疗，对比临床疗效。结果 治疗有效率、创面好转、愈合时间、会阴皮肤状况、皮炎严重程度及炎症因子相关指标对比，研究组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 黄连油涂剂联合物理抗菌喷雾敷料治疗ICU患者IAD疗效确切，可促进创面愈合，减轻局部炎症反应。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Coptis chinensis oil application combined with physical antibacterial spray dressing in improving incontinence-induced dermatitis (IAD) wounds in ICU patients.
Methods Eighty IAD patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from January to December 2025 were randomly divided into two groups of 40 each. The control group received routine skin care combined with zinc oxide ointment application, while the study group received Coptis chinensis oil application combined with physical antibacterial spray dressing, comparison of clinical efficacy
Results The study group showed better results than the control group in terms of treatment effectiveness, wound improvement, healing time, perineal skin condition, severity of dermatitis, and inflammatory factor-related indicators (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Coptis chinensis oil application combined with physical antibacterial spray dressing is effective in treating IAD in ICU patients, promoting wound healing and reducing local inflammatory response.
