The application effect of the PANDA nursing model in the care of radiation-induced skin injuries in head and neck tumor radiotherapy patients
PANDA护理模式在头颈肿瘤放疗患者放射性皮肤损伤护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨PANDA护理模式在头颈肿瘤放疗患者放射性皮肤损伤护理中的应用效果。方法 纳入我院放射治疗中心行放射治疗的头颈肿瘤患者60例，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组应用PANDA护理模式，对比两组干预效果。结果 观察组放射性皮肤损伤发生率为33.33%，显著低于对照组的73.33%，且观察组未出现Ⅲ级皮肤损伤病例。观察组的皮肤损伤愈合时间短于对照组，VAS疼痛评分低于对照组，而皮肤护理知识掌握评分及护理满意度均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 PANDA护理模式能有效降低头颈肿瘤患者放疗期间放射性皮肤损伤的发生率，减轻疼痛，促进皮肤修复，并提升患者的知识掌握度与满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of PANDA nursing model in the care of radiation-induced skin injury in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiotherapy.
Methods Sixty patients with head and neck tumors who underwent radiotherapy in our hospital’s radiotherapy department were included. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received PANDA nursing mode. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The incidence of radiation-induced skin injury in the observation group was 33.33%, significantly lower than the 73.33% in the control group, and there were no cases of grade III skin injury in the observation group. The skin injury healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the VAS pain score was lower than that of the control group. However, the skin care knowledge mastery score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The PANDA nursing model can effectively reduce the incidence of radiation-induced skin damage during radiotherapy in patients with head and neck tumors, alleviate pain, promote skin repair, and improve patients' knowledge mastery and satisfaction.
