Effectiveness of psychological nursing intervention in patients with oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects repair using free anterolateral femoral flap transplantation
心理护理干预对游离股前外侧皮瓣移植修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损患者的效果研究

摘要

目的 分析心理护理干预对游离股前外侧皮瓣移植修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损患者的效果。方法 选取90例口腔颌面部软组织缺损患者作为研究对象，按数字表法，分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（心理护理干预），各45例，比较应用效果。结果 护理后，两组SAS评分与SDS评分都有所下降，且观察组比对照组低，（P＜0.05）。观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在游离股前外侧皮瓣移植修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损患者中，采取心理护理干预，能减轻患者的消极情绪，增加患者的护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of psychological nursing intervention in patients undergoing free anterolateral femoral flap transplantation for oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects.
Methods A total of 90 patients with oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects were enrolled in the study. Through randomization, they were divided into a control group (standard nursing care) and an observation group (psychological nursing intervention), each comprising 45 patients. Comparative analysis was conducted to assess treatment outcomes.
Results Post-intervention, both groups demonstrated significant decreases in SAS and SDS scores, with the observation group showing statistically significant lower scores (P<0.05). The observation group also exhibited higher nursing satisfaction scores than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing intervention can effectively alleviate negative emotions and enhance patient satisfaction in patients undergoing free anterolateral femoral flap transplantation for oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects.
