Effectiveness analysis of rehabilitation surgery nursing in oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor patients
口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者进行康复外科护理的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析康复外科护理在口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月本院收治的60例口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）和观察组（30例）。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施康复外科护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者各项术后康复指标更优，对比（P＜0.05），观察组患者并发症总发生率更低，护理总满意度更高，对比（P＜0.05）。结论 康复外科护理在口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果显著，可加速患者术后康复，在降低患者并发症发生率的同时，提高患者护理满意度，证明该护理方法可在临床应用。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of rehabilitation surgery nursing in managing oral and maxillofacial malignancies.
Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with oral and maxillofacial malignancies were enrolled between January 2023 and December 2024. These patients were randomly assigned to a control group (30 cases) and an observation group (30 cases) using a random number table. The control group received standard nursing care, while the observation group underwent rehabilitation surgery nursing. Comparative analysis was conducted to assess outcomes.
Results The observation group demonstrated significantly better postoperative rehabilitation indicators (P<0.05), lower overall complication rates, and higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of rehabilitation surgery nursing shows remarkable effectiveness in accelerating postoperative recovery. This approach not only reduces complication rates but also enhances patient satisfaction, demonstrating its clinical applicability in clinical practice.
