Evaluation of the impact of collaborative care based on a humanistic nursing model on psychological stress and intestinal rejection reactions in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients
基于人文照护模式的协同护理对造血干细胞移植患者心理应激及肠道排异反应的影响评估

摘要

目的 探究造血干细胞移植患者采用基于人文照护模式的协同护理的效果。方法 抽选本院收治92例造血干细胞移植患者（时段：2025年1月-2025年12月），随机划分2组各46例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用基于人文照护模式的协同护理。比较2组心理应激、肠道排斥反应。结果 观察组干预后医院焦虑抑郁量表（HADS）各领域得分较对照组减少（P＜0.05）。对比肠道排斥反应情况，观察组总发生率较对照组降低（P＜0.05）。结论 造血干细胞移植患者采用基于人文照护模式的协同护理，有助于缓解心理应激状态，减少肠道排斥反应。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing based on a humanistic care model in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Methods A total of 92 patients (January 2025-December 2025) admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 46 each. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received collaborative nursing based on a humanistic care model. Psychological stress and intestinal rejection reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results After intervention, the scores in all domains of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The overall incidence of intestinal rejection reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Collaborative nursing based on a humanistic care model helps alleviate psychological stress and reduce intestinal rejection reactions in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
