Exploration of the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing program on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury
快速康复护理程序对前交叉韧带损伤患者术后康复的影响探讨

摘要

目的 观察对前交叉韧带损伤患者术后护理过程中开展快速康复护理程序的作用。方法 回顾性纳入2024年2-12月本院进行常规护理的前交叉韧带损伤手术患者43例（对照组），另回顾纳入2025年1-12月在本院进行快速康复护理程序的前交叉韧带快速康复护理患者43例（观察组）。对患者术后疼痛程度、关节功能以及康复依从性进行对比。结果 术后疼痛程度，观察组低于对照组，（P<0.05）。关节功能评分，观察组护理后高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 在对前交叉韧带损伤患者进行术后康复护理过程中开展快速康复护理程序，将快速康复护理措施贯穿到患者整个手术治疗期间，可以缓解患者术后疼痛程度，促进患者受损关节功能恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing procedures in the postoperative nursing process of patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 43 patients who underwent routine care for anterior cruciate ligament injury surgery in our hospital from February to December 2024 (control group), and another retrospective study was conducted on 43 patients who underwent rapid rehabilitation care for anterior cruciate ligament injury in our hospital from January to December 2025 (observation group). Compare the postoperative pain level, joint function, and rehabilitation compliance of patients.
Results The postoperative pain level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, (P<0.05). The joint function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing care, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a rapid rehabilitation nursing program during the postoperative rehabilitation nursing process for patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury, and incorporating rapid rehabilitation nursing measures throughout the entire surgical treatment period, can alleviate the patient’s postoperative pain and promote the recovery of damaged joint function.
